Discord bot for searching Palworld pal information, breeding data, maps, and server feedback.
Last updated: June 12, 2026
Paldeck is a Discord bot operated by FearlessKenji in North Carolina, United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information Paldeck collects, how it is used, and how you can request deletion or ask questions.
By adding Paldeck to a Discord server or using Paldeck commands, you understand that Paldeck processes information through Discord and through the services used to host documentation, support links, and bot-related pages.
Paldeck provides Discord slash commands for searching and displaying Palworld pal information, including lookups by pal name, number, element, work suitability, rarity, and drops. Paldeck also provides help text, a voting link, a suggestion command, and bot-owner controls used to restrict abusive users or servers.
Paldeck uses Discord APIs to receive command interactions, autocomplete interactions, guild events, and other Discord events needed for enabled features.
Paldeck only collects information needed to provide and maintain the bot.
When Paldeck is added to a server, Paldeck may store:
This information is used to track which servers Paldeck has joined, support bot operation, keep bot-managed features working, and enforce server or owner restrictions.
If a user or server is restricted from using Paldeck, Paldeck may store:
This information is used to prevent abuse, enforce restrictions, and allow the bot owner to review or remove restrictions.
If you use the /suggest command, Paldeck may process:
Suggestions may be sent to a Discord channel controlled by the bot owner for review. Do not submit private, confidential, or sensitive information through suggestions.
When you use Paldeck commands or autocomplete, Discord sends Paldeck the command name, command options, user context, server context, and related interaction data needed to respond. Paldeck uses this data to run commands such as searching pal information, returning help text, generating a voting link, or processing suggestions.
Paldeck may store ordinary pal search criteria and generated search results temporarily so pagination buttons can continue working after the initial response. This temporary search-session data is intended to expire after about 15 minutes. Search information may also appear in error logs or Discord-retained interaction records.
Paldeck does not intentionally collect general Discord message content or full server message history. Paldeck processes the text you submit directly to Paldeck through command options, such as suggestion text submitted through /suggest or lookup criteria submitted through /paldeck.
Paldeck does not use message content to build user profiles, run advertising, sell data, or train machine learning or AI models.
Paldeck may create operational logs that include timestamps, server names, server IDs, owner IDs, owner usernames, errors, ban or unban actions, guild join or leave events, crash reports, and stack traces.
Logs are used to diagnose issues, maintain the bot, investigate abuse, and protect reliability.
If you visit Paldeck’s GitHub Pages site, GitHub may log visitor IP addresses and other technical data for security and service operation. This data is handled by GitHub under GitHub’s own privacy practices.
Paldeck does not intentionally collect:
Do not submit private, confidential, or sensitive information through Paldeck commands or suggestion fields.
Paldeck uses collected information to:
Paldeck does not sell personal information.
Information may be visible or shared in these limited situations:
Suggestions submitted through /suggest may appear in a Discord channel controlled by the bot owner.
Paldeck does not send ordinary pal lookup searches to Top.gg or Palworld wiki pages as part of processing the command. Paldeck may include links in command responses that you can choose to open.
Paldeck keeps information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above.
Some data may also remain in Discord, GitHub, Top.gg, backups, logs, or other third-party systems according to their own retention policies.
Server owners or administrators may remove Paldeck from a Discord server at any time. Removing Paldeck stops new server-related processing for that server, but prior logs, suggestions, or ban records may still be retained where reasonably necessary.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you or your server by contacting FearlessKenji. FearlessKenji may need enough information to verify the Discord user ID, server ID, and request involved. Some information may be retained if required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, or legitimate operation of the bot.
To make a request, contact FearlessKenji through any of these options:
California privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, may provide California residents with rights to know, access, correct, delete, and limit certain uses of personal information, depending on whether those laws apply to Paldeck or its operator.
Paldeck does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Paldeck also does not knowingly sell or share personal information of users under 16.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of Paldeck after changes means you accept the updated policy.
